vesta withdraw $45.00 out of my bank account and whenever i call to address the situation they give me the run around and then give me a fax number to fax over my bank statement to show proof and say that someone will call me back within 5-7 days and never get a call back. I called back to cricket customer service to follow up on the fax and check the status of my complaint and they gonna tell me that they have no clue of the fax number and that they don't see no payment posted at all. I am so frustrated staying on the phone with cricket and vesta cricket customer service. I want to file a suit against them for the trouble they put me through and the amount of money they stole from my account.
