Jeff Segal from (888)252-4835,fAX (877)257-3995, called me "I see you have a timeshare that you are interested in selling. I said yes, he said, well I have a buyer for it, he said, the buyer is willing to pay me $12,100 for it. He then asked me to pay $1,250 for the closing cost. I said I cannot do that, it is too high since I had already listed it with Armando Daniels and I have not heard from him or the sale he said he had yet and I was in the middle of trying to get a hold of him to see if the other people he had, had gone ahead and purchased it. Jeff Segal told me, well thats okay as they know each other and if he doesn't have it sold, then Jeff Segal has it sold. I said, what about the money I paid Armando Daniels, and he said not to be concerned, that I would get the $597 that I paid Armando Daniels when he (Jeff Segal)sells it. He then told me he called the buyer and agreed I would pay $900, but I told him that was too high, he then said "Well what can you pay, he said?, I said, only about $600-$700. He then put it at $750. I asked if there were any other fees and he said "no". He said that was my closing cost, not a listing fee. Then he asked if I would agree to have it recorded on the phone. I said yes, he said whatever you do, do not mention during the recording that he has it sold already or that he mentioned anything about the buyer to me, I asked why, he said "all property has to be listed at least 24 hours before it is sold. That is the law. So I did not mention anything about a buyer. He then said he would call me later. Which he did not call later today, or Friday the 9th. I called International Timeshare Vacation Network about 5 times on 4-11-2011, I believe. Jeff Segal never got in touch with me again. I spoke to a guy by the name of David Cosco. I told him that I was very upset to find out from the internet that this was just another Timeshare listing company and that Jeff Segal had lied to me and told me that he had a buyer for my listing on the computer and that he would like to sell it to a buyer who is interested, that he had one!!!!That all Segal did was collect $750 from me for International Timeshare Vacation Network just to list it again, he lied to me to get the money. Then I kept calling the company for over three months because everyone who answered, like David Cosco, Carlos Diaz, Ashley Gonzalez, David Wright, Robert Diaz, Scott Henderson, and Pedro ?, of "INTERNATIONAL TIMESHARE VACATION NETWORK", (407)982-1525, (877) 312-6535, (888)252-835, fax-(877) 257-3995, at 424 E Central Blvd #424, Orlando, FL, 32801, all kept telling me for the following 4-5 months that it was going through Escrow and it takes at least 3 months or more to go through Escrow as they have to do a title search, and a bunch of other things, David Wright told me on 5/28/2010 that as soon as the closing comes in he can send papers that will show us that there is a sale. He said that when it is final we will get the $597 back from Armando Daniels at Resort Vacation Specialist, 424 E. Central Blvd #230, Orlando, FL 32801, (888)551-9929 Ext. 102, fax (866)543-4768. On 5/26/2010 I had called ITVN and a Scott Henderson answered the phone. I told him who I was and that I wanted the name of the Escrow company so I could call them and check to see how it was going. He started yelling at me threatening that I will loose the sale if I do that. I said, sir, sir, if this was a piece of property I was buying, the realtor would be glad to give me that information!!!! He said this is not a piece of property and they don't handle timeshares the same way, and I said all I want to do is verify that I am being told the truth!! He got even more madder and said I will pull your folder up in the morning and see about getting a check for my money back to me for $750.00. I said you know what that will be just fine for me. He asked me why I was being this way? I said, it sounds like you are not telling me the truth, because Jeff Segal lied to me to get the money in the first place and he does not answer my calls now. Jeff Segal assured me he had a buyer and then said to make me feel better that the law was passed that the Timeshare listers have to pay us back within the last 7 years, of this happening. As if to say I can fight for it back. About a month down the road I got ahold of Jeff Segal and asked him where my sale was or my money, he got all nervous with me, and said he was just an advertising agency or something like that and didn't know what I was talking about!!! i JUST NOTICED THAT BOTH COMPANYS WERE IN THE SAME BUILDING AND BOTH SCAMMED US!!!
