On December 17,2012 through the a cash advance company they removed $30.00 dollars by a check out of my account stating that it was a processing fee, when I called them to find out what it was all about they said they were not able to give me any reason and would not give me the name of the company for the adavance. They then told me that I would be refunded the $ 30.00 to my account and I have yet to see it refunded but they have debited my account for $120.00, and when I try to call they say they are experiencing high call volumes and to contact supportadvantagefundingatt.com for complants, when I do there is nowhere on that site that shows where I can email or any phone number to talk to anyone. I want a number or real email to contact someone, so they can explain to me where my money is.
