I purchased chocolate moulds from this company in September and have still not received them. I was told they would be sent in 1-3 days. I have sent approx.50 emails to [email protected] and she has given me so many excuses about why i haven't received my order. She actually sent a msg saying they were sent, with a postage acknowledgement, but it's all a scam. I have started a small business and rely on companies to be honest. I have had to spend hours on this and it has caused me a lot of stress. I need my money back and be compensated for all the time and distress this has caused. I can forward all the msgs i have sent and received if you require them. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Susie Keane
