Well I would like to begin with saying. I have never once in my life had an experience like this. on 10/4/2012 I went to Fossum dental in excruciating pain.The particular issue I had was I needed my right I tooth pulled due to me chipping it. looking maybe to find a dentist who would help me out . I waited in the waiting room 20 minutes no problem . was finally escorted back to speak to dentist waited another 30 minutes in excruciating pain. Finally after they took xrays the dentist finally came in very briefly looks at my mouth for a half a second gave me a recipt of about 5,000$owork he claimed needed to be done. Then smiles at me and walks away.Still in pain no help what so ever I definetly felt a vibe that I was not wanted to be delt with.Being of sound mind i know from prior experience that if its a medical issue. Its wise not to make them madd. so I left.Ever since theyve been sending me lots of spam mail . Well me thinking its just spam mail I relied to the spam .Explaining my feelings.A day or so after my appointment.All of that was back in october 4,2012. last week January 1st I recieve a phone call by an unidentified number. I never answer un id able nmbers. I call them back to see who it was. Little did i know i was about to be comfronted by the dentists wife .I asked why they were calling me and in place of saying they were just doing a check up with me. she immedietly identified my first and last name . Than began to explain to me that she has been reviewing security footage on me .The day I went for my appointment.Explained to me that if i had somthing to say that i should go up there and tell them face to face . And then began to explain to me that i was a liar.Extremely frustrated I cursed and hung up. I was so madd that this establishment would really have the audacity to call me back and wana start the new year giving me a piece of her insecure mind.Makes me think is she telling me she has footage on me just to intimidate me and that she has my adress and personal info. It makes me think she was out for blood or revenge.Very dissapointing . It really made me feel that maybe cause i didnt have insurance that i was poor or maybe the wrong color. I think its a big issue .And at this point ive already documented all information i need at the current point .And will say that if i do recieve another call from them in the same manner i will be seeking council.
