I was researching payday loans online and filled out an application for a loan but when I got to the part stating that they would charge me I exited from application.I did not want the loan if I had to pay a fee of $29.95 for it. I find out a week later that they debited my account without my permission. The bank told me that I had to pursue them for my money and gave me their #1-888-485-5817 a rep answered the phone and I informed her that I did not authorize for them to take any money from my acct.Rep informed me that she would refund my money back and it would take 7-10 business days. I waited yet no money was sent back to my acct also I never recieved the email she stated that she would send. Now when you dial the # you get a msg stating that they are closed for the holidays and it is now after the holidays.Very upset and sick & tired of fraudlent companies that are allowed to take advantage of consumers.
