Hi would like to know why i was charged 99.99 amount. All i wanted was to pay another year with Avast. Then this guy steve said that he was going to clean my computer and he did'nt its the same. I had someone else to look at it and they said to call u back and get my Than more money of 169.99. i don't like people tricking me. So can u help me please. I really want this money back i have some eles looking in to my computer.
