I talked to this guy for an hour this morning about this loan i needed and to make sure it is legite. after everything without signing anything or getting any documentation, i gave them $125 using a money pack card. I know how suspicious this looks but I was desperate. He said after I gave him the number that he couldn't lend me the money because of a block on the irs or something that I owed back taxes. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get another $150.00 on a moneypack card and give it to the irs and then they would be able to process this. I told him I didn't have it and he said would you just like me to cancel it and I said ya. He said well then we just have to charge a $250 cancellation fee and then we will give you your $125 back. I was like wait a minute, I didn't sign anything, there is no documentation to do this, how can you be a legitimate service to do this.
