I placed an order to transport my Vehicle on Dec 27, 2011. I was promised by a guy called Robert that the car will be picked up at the same day or the next day, or maximum in a window of three days. If it doesn't get picked up, I'll get my deposit. The conversation was recorded in their system.
The car was not picked up at the same day or the day after, or withen three days.
I called several times during business hours to cancel the order with no reply so i left a voicemail
I sent an official email to cancel the order and I drove the car myself.
They refused to give me my deposit, they wanted to give me only $75!
I need my full payment back!
