Davon's Towing & Repair installed a used engine in my 1989 pontiac Le 6000 for me Lee Outlaw right before christmas and informed me that i should get ball joints done. Davon seeing my crutches thinking i was on some sort of disability suggested their 90 day financing program for the installation of the ball joints.I still owed a small amount on the installation of the engine and said that that sounded good but i wanted to take care of what was owed first.Davon stated that with financing of the ball joints i could but what was owed on ball joint bill. Some days later i came in to pay what was owed and was informed that davon had already had his recieptionist Kishia Gray fill out financing papers.filling pressured i signed the papers. Took my car in monday january 7 for ball joint repair got car back that evening at about 6 thinking ball joints were repaired but because of the pressuring to sign the financing agreement through the kahuna Payment solutions 1800-260-7506/monterey 1877-399-6374 with 3 payments of $186 for 3 months totalling $558; I decided to have the ball joints looked at by another machanic as suspected i saw with my own eyes the joints hadnt been touched.Rust every where and the engine was leaking a little transmittion fluid and oil from pan seemingly. I called Davons to inform him of what i had found at 2:15pm. he wasnt in talked to Kishia told her of what i found and she proceeded to tell me that they were new, i let her know that i had seen the underside of my car myself and nothing was new.i asked to speak to Davon and informed him of the findings and he began to tell me the samething after a few min of going back and forth he finally admitted that he wasnt even there when the supposed new ball joints were installed. this blew his arguement and kishia's out of the water.i want my engine fixed of all leaks and out of the 90 day contracts because i believe his business is running scams and taking advantage of the consumer.
