I submitted an application for a loan and I was informed that I would be charged a fee of 19.00 and that I would be notified by email about the approval or denial of the loan, but to this day I have not heard from them one way or the other. Is there anything that can be done in regards to this matter? I understand that I am not the only one being used by this company. There has to be some kind of law against this type of action by a company.
