I booked an air ticket from Huntington to Mumbai,India and then from Mumbai to Hubli,India thru 'Makemytrip'.The latter part of the ticket was cancelled by 'Makemytrip'and they promised to refund the money but haven't done so despite several reminders.
My ticket ID is US1209B01596.

With reference to your complaint, please note that we have initiated refund of USD 62 on 19th July, 2013 with Refund Reference Number 9274044.
