I was charged $30.00 by this company yesterday and I never applied for a payday loan thru them. When I called the customer service number, someone answered and said my call was redirected and that they would forward my complaint and hung up on me.

- I called 2 different numbers. I called the number on the bottom of the check they tried to cash Check Access Customer Service 866-678-3482 and I also tried calling FastLoanFast at 866-986-9726 but of course I got no answer.
