I did not authorize this company for a loan. I just looked at my account and saw this was here!! They will not answer my calls says number is no longer in service. What do I do now?

- their money taken back with NO finace charge to me. There is no electronic signing, no telephone recording nothing saying I authorized this. i HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE.
