I order a dress for my daughters mini miss queen contest on September 1 2012. I live chatted with a gentlemen named Ross. I told him I needed the dress no later than the 21st. He assured me I would receive it by than. I didn't so I did a live chat with him again and told him I wanted a refund. He said he would see what he could do. I was never able to chat with him again. Every time I tried it went to an email service. They emailed me on the 21st saying the dress hadn't been shipped yet and that if I still wanted it they would give me 10% off. I said no because the contest was over and I had to buy another one. I have tried numerous times to contact them through email and get no response. This company is terrible customer service.
