Match Your Desires is a Dating Agency which have regularly advertised in the Daily Telegraph in recent times, for people who are looking for casual relationships. I initially met with a lady named Tahlia who explained to me what they had to offer, on Sat Dec 1 2012. I was satisfied with what she had to say, and agreed to pay her $500 in cash to sign-up for 8 months. To this date, despite numerous phone calls and SMS messages, I have NOT been introduced to anyone. Her phone is almost always busy and I am not able to actually speak with her, and the SMS messages normally go unanswered. I knew from the start that something wasn't right, when she enticed me to sign up to a more expensive package than was advertised in the paper, as she was highly attractive and told me that she would take me to her place half-an-hour after I signed up. However, when I came back to the office precisely 30mins later it was all locked up, and she wouldn't answer my phone calls or SMS messages.

- Yes, I noticed that you got ripped-off twice as bad as me unfortunately. I was sort of lucky in that I was being tight with money due to it being Christmas and having a Son, otherwise she was trying to sign me up for as much as $1600 on some other supposedly super-duper plan. I made an initial complaint to the Department of Fair Trading and they contacted Tahlia, and at the time she was adamant that she was running a legitimate agency and she would find me someone. However, that was 2 months ago, and I have since been too busy to really chase up Fair Trading, between work, my Son, and problems around the house. It really sucks because I live with My Wife as a Parent only, we do not go out together or have sex. She won't allow me to bring women home, and as she is not working, I don't have the money to take someone to a hotel for a one-night stand or visit brothels.

Yes only other way is to take them to Tribunal hearing.

- I live near Parramatta but work near the City, so either one is OK in terms of trying to sort this out.
