Purchased a package of their products, mostly "ghost type software" . The major program was
Powerdesk. You needed a special serial # which was not included ,but that they told me in an E
mail was located on the disk sleeve. It was not
and another copy in the store of purchase also did not contain the serial #. Avantquest said they wanted the receipt, some photos I should take etc. etc. the run around. Fortunately the store refunded my purchase price without any hasstle. You know this huge chain.
