On August 8th I attempted to purchase a copy of pcAnywhere from an online company called SoftSupreme.net. When I received my "welcome" and download link email the customer support email was : http://private-customers.com/user/helpdesk/
I became silghtly worried. When I clicked on the link and it failed I knew something was wrong. I called my credit card company that day and requested that the charges needed to be reversed. I was told the charge would be reversed.
Low and behold, when I went to pay my bill today, the charges were not reversed and I have not ever heard back from SoftSupreme.net regarding the problems with downloading the software. A quick search on the internet has lots of scam warnings regarding SoftSupreme.net and the company listed on my credit card bill, fast-files.net
