I recvd texts, voice-mails asking me to call & confirm my loan. I never applied for a loan online with them. called the number in the confirmation email I was sent & kept getting a recording. Website has no links to cxl, opt out or unsubscribe. I called the direct # that showed from an earlier message & got an overseas call center - surprise - rude little jerk kept hanging up, basically said he'd charge my account whenever he wanted because I didn't know who he was. Refused to discuss refunding the charge or anything else - just kept hanging up.

- Contact your financial institution and they will reverse the money. Also contact your Attorney General and the FBI to file a complaint. You may need to change your account number as a precaution.
