Paid the postage and packing of £5.95 for serum and eye lotion. I was told I would get a discounted price of £25 for each item if I ordered them, which I did not. Only received the serum. Telephoned and informed them I was waiting for the eye lotion and would not start the trial until I received both. I called at least 5 times and was told each time that it would arrive 2-3 days' time. My account was debited £44 on Nov 5th 2012 even though I had not started the trial and had not received the eye lotion. My account was then debited a further £44 on Jan 5th 2013. The serum is still in its packaging and I have still not received the eye lotion. I was told yesterday that I would be reimbursed £44 and my account closed. I have checked. My account has not been credited with the funds. These people are frauds and thieves. I was again told the eye lotion would be with me in 2-3 days. I asked for an AWB number which could not be furnished. I will keep checking the bank. I am contacting Watchdog.
