I paid 119.95 for dental coverage in 2012 but never used it. Automatically, they charged me again 119.95 for dental coverage for 2013 on my credit card. I want a cancellation and
reimbursement of said 119.95. Thank you.

We at DentalPlans.com would like to assist you in resolving your complaint. If your plan has recently renewed and you would like to discontinue your program, please be advised that you have 60 days to do so from the date of renewal.
All of our Memberships are set to Auto-Renew on a yearly basis so that there is no lapse in plan activation to ensure that the Customer's Dental Needs continue to be available at a discounted rate. If you could provide us with contact information so that we may reach out to you that would be great. You may also contact us directly at 800-494-9294 and select Option 2 for Member CARE.
