I ordered 1 set of 2 Deluxe Cushions but they sent me 2 sets of Deluxe Cushions. My credit card charge came through at $119.70 when it should have been $49.85. I have sent the extra 2 cushions back to the Wallingford, CT address, but I have doubts about the address because neither Google Maps nor Mapquest can find the address.
I called Customer Service and the Stephany agreed to reimburse me in the amount of $69.85 plus the return postage charge. That would be a total credit of: {$69.85+$16.24)= $86.24
Since finding your website this afternoon, I won't hold my breath til I get it!
