I keep receiving emails from this company. It is a scam. They somehow get into my account and send an email using my name and my email address. I want it to stop. I have not lost any money, but this is getting ridiculous. I want these emails to stop. I can't block these emails because they are in my name.

I get these, too. Dozens per day. I'm job hunting, so these bogus job descriptions are a nuisance. I've created a separate folder for all my emails with the bestjobmark and usajobmark domain names in the email body. They're easier to delete that way.
The domains are registered to a Fernando Zelmer in Leon, France. I've forwarded many of the emails to [email protected] and the originating ISP for each message I receive. Some of the ISP's reply with an assurance they are investigating.
I also followed someone's advice and started to forward the emails back to Fernando at his email address. I let the emails accumulate in my "junk" folder before forwarding them all at once.
I don't know how effective any of these measures are because I'm still receiving the emails so far. Not only do some of the emails show my email address as the sender, I know the other account names that appear as sender are just forged, so it does no good to try to block the email addresses. -

- Then newest domain names used in these scams is myjobamerica.com and bestjobamericans.com. These domains contain different identifying information in whois databases, but display U.S. addresses and telephone numbers.
