There has been 2 months (December & January) that this company has debited my account for $24.95. I talked to someone this morning (1/8/2013) and told them I have never applied for anything with their company and they were not authorized to debit my account. They informed me they could not do anything about it because my son had applied for a loan and he had authorized it. My son did apply for an online loan but does not remember anything about the IDPROTECTUS. I am contacting my bank concerning these charges today. No one is authorized to debit my account except me. My son will also be calling to talk to them and try to get this stopped.
