Promised to construct fence when HOA approval came thru. Did not fulfill contract. Made excuses. Took our money as deposits. Did not refund money and promised to do so. Had to hire another company to do the fence. Never got city permits and was dishonest with all of us.

BREESE STRIKES again......... call me for details at (Personal Information Removed). HE has ripped off people OVER 5 plus north Texas counties and he is under legal investigation in several counties. I am President of a 600 home Frisco HOA and he ripped me off also. Happy to share details when we speak. YES bids low........takes your deposit claiming it is for materials which for many do not show up as promised and then HIS BIG MOUTH LIP SERVICE starts.......I am his BIGGEST fan doing everything to involve several legal entities who are looking in to him yet he continues to scam/try to scam! There are more in Little Elm who got default judgments with NO less than 8 plus civil suits we have found so far. email me at (Personal Information Removed) OR best to call me at (Personal Information Removed). YOU are the 2nd new additional victim I have added to our list 2 just today!
CALL or email best we speak. FYI I and several others are doing everything we can to stream line a hopeful one way ticket to jail for Breese which he arrogantly seems to think he is not headed too! several of us beg to differ.......call or email for details sorry for your loss.
