I ordered the forever- comfy back in October 2013 on my visa. I was charged on December 31, 2013 on my Visa card. I ordered by phone 1-866-304-4271 19.99+9.99+SH but was charged $74.70 on my Visa on 12-31-2012. I have not recieved the item! I wish to cancel the order and $74.70 be credited back into my visa card.
