First off - I only went to this website because of an ad that was on Facebook - Overstock Auction or something but the website listed on the ad was something legitimate (like bestbuy.com) BUT that is not where I went. I signed up anyway because I thought it looked like you could get a deal.

I won an item on or about 7/25 - a deck of cards my son wanted. As of 8/23 I still had not rec'd my item or an email that it was shipping (even though the website says everything ships in 72 hours). I called Grabswag - spoke to agent 420 on 8/23 at 12:25 Eastern - she said she was issuing me a credit for all the bids I bought (I had already rec'd a partial refund) of $74.25 as well as the $7.42 I paid for the item I won. To date - I have still not rec'd my credit or my item. I called them today and their phones are not working.

Additionally - I was bidding on another item (before I realized it was a scam) and I was the winning bidder when the timer said 00:00:01 time left to bid. That time flashed on the screen 70 times (I counted!) before someone else jumped in and outbid me.
