Contacted Tec*Proservice by phone about a iMac display issue that they could not resolve after 30 minutes, we fixed it ourselves in 2 minutes with a simple google search later that day. Was urged to buy a service contact and virus checker , spent $161 , was given no e-mail confirmation; as was promised. Phone number given was 877-786-9789 it is completely bogus.
