having ordered two trial for mizulen and puracleanse in Nov 2012. I decided to return them under the order details. I followed all the criteria required within the time limits, and was assured that was the end of the contract. I was then offered a FREE booklet on Health and Home club. My complaint is I now have been billed £69.50 and also £49.50 for the Free booklet. They have agreed to refund £69.50 but I am now having to fight for the other. These people are dishonestly luring the public with lies
