In either late 2007 or early 2008, I used a credit card to pay for a one yr. subscription to Classmates.com. I was disappointed with their website so before my yr. was up I contacted them through their e-mail adress to cancell my subscription at the end of the yr. and not to bill me again. I was not interested in continuing doing business with them. On a yearly basis, in Jan. the continue to bill my credit card for a service I do not have. I have no contact or correspondence with them, no membership privileges, they just continue to bill me although I have sent more e-mails to them to never bill be again. I am at a loss as to what I can do except dispute their charges on the credit card, which I have done once again. I am tired of them trying to steal money from me for a service I not only don't recieve, but cancelled before my year was up. They did cancell my service but still try to use my credit card to get money. Luckily we look at our billing statements. I need them to stop this illegal billing. How can I stop this?
