On Dec. 12. 2012 I recieved a call from someone stating that they were calling from Microsoft, because I was having a lot of error messages on my computer. They told me to go on line and they would help me fix the problems. They did a search on my computer and claimed I had several risks that could shut down my computer. At 1st they saidit was free then when they were trough they offered me a app. call Makemypcsmile.com which fo $109.99 I could have a life time tech. fix any problems that might come up in the future. They took my info online. I okayed that amount on my credit card. Later, on January 3, 2012 Elton Lamar Johnson Sr, called and told me they did not get the money and would I please send they the payment through Western Union. They stated that the amount would be $125.00 that they would refund on the following Saturday.I was having some problems with my computer shutting down when I was placing games on or off the net. He said he would fix that. He took over my computer again. While he was on my computer my bank called and told me there were three unusal attempts to debit my card. They asked if I had allower $800.00,$500.00 and $125.00 to western Union. I told them that I had only allowed $125.00. I stated questioning the attempts on my account. I was unable to call the tech. who was still working on my computer. The number was unavailable. I was able to type messages to him online. I could see that there was info on my computer going to Western Union as we were speaking. He denied that it was him. He told me the funds had not gone through to them and would I plese go to a Western Union in person and give them the money and he would refund the charges to me. I told him I could not do it that day as I had to go to work. He told me he would email the information I would need to pay him. Hewas still working on my computer when I left for work. When I got home I went on line and had 6 emails from Western Union and 3 from my bank.
