I ORDERED PROSLIM IN FEBRUARY 2012 TRAIL ORDER AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE MARCH 2012. UNABLE TO GET THEM TO CANCEL, WHEN CALLING YOU HAVE TO WAIT ON LINE FOR EVERYEVER AND THEN WHEN SOMEONE ANSWERS AND THEY HERE YOU WANT OT CANCEL THATS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT AS WORKING PERSON I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR 1/2 AT THE TIME AND THEM TO FIND OUT THEY CANNOT HELP. RETURNING PRODUCT DOES NOT HELP EITHER.
