The details can all be found in this email that I received. A man claiming to be a barrister as far as I know corroborated this story.

Dear Customer,

Writing you in respect of the sum of ($400,000,000.000.00)million dollars that was deposited on our bank by the Ecowas president and the minister of finance.this funds was moved from banking's and western union in Nigeria and Ghana to our bank to transfer to you the funds has already been accredited and ready to be transfer to any nominated bank of your choice.

Note: that a non residential online account shall be open on your name here on our bank to enable us wire the fund to your nominated bank account.the cost to set up the account is $750.the $750 shall also be accredited and send to you account with the capital sum. To finalized the transfer of the fund the bank will need you to provide this details required below so that it can be used to set up the online account on your name immediately.

Please check attachment for a copy of an online account opening form from our bank.please scan it out properly and send to us when you are through with filling it accurately with the $750 that is required to open the account
