said she was getting rid of a teacup yorkie, said her apt. would not accept dogs and she wanted to give to loving home, but never took any info other then where I lived. she/he has a very thick accent and to contact via email does not work... they said they were having technical difficulties, I thought a $800+ 11 week old teacup yorkie would be given away for FREE to some lady she doesn't know in MN. I have been keeping contact to attempt to get names and numbers of the recieptent.
