I called up to cancel my membership and the customer service told me that I was paid up to Dec. which I said fine but I still wanted to cancel. They never cancel and charge me again on the 12/17 . When I notice the charge on my credit card and call again to cancel the told me I need a confirmation number which the other agent didn't give me. Don't get scam! The refuse to credit me back the $16.99
