This man scammed me by thousands..asking for money to help him....he has all the stories and I was sick enough to believe hima and send him funds....Now I am out thousands....he said he is a contractor for an oil company and the job went wrong and he needed money to get things fixed and come home to the states...He said he lives in NY but is from Germany. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
