This company offers FREE Credit Check and to get the free check you have to enter a credit card in order to receive it. I did not subscribe any other service yet I have been billed for the past year for 14.99 monthly. Everytime I receive my card statement I try to call the number they have for customer service, I always get the same recorded message "that the call can not be completed at this time". I keep trying and no luck, until I forget until the next statement comes in and I am reminded, I try once again, and I get the same result month after month.

- Not only should I get a refund, I should receive and apology, they should change their practice and I should get a written cancelation.

- The right number is: 1-800-606-2886. I found out that if you use the Pageonce android app, it shows a different number for Identity IQ than is listed on the website...which I found rather odd. Also, when I had my Identity IQ account, if you weren't logged in and looked for the customer service number, it listed it as an 877 number. When you log in, the number changes to the 1-800 number. Pretty sketchy to me.
