I went to this ladies website and had MANY conversations with her. She pulled me in to trust her. Ordered a pallet of childrens clothes valued at $4000.She gave me 15% discount and free shipping. Emails back and forth I was convinced i was getting 2000-2500 pieces.She ADVERTIZES HIGH QUALITY products and my ability to pick and customize my order,have email proof of this. She delievered through Fed Ex they left on my porch unsigned for.Box was torn, tape messed up and only 3 bags. Now the clothes she stated would be packed in "special bags" they were hefty garbage bags tied 1/2 way up clothes shoved and bag torn. She claims there were 8 bags. The product i received 369 pieces contained mostly POOR QUALITY FAMILY DOLLAR STORE clothes! Then New Born sizes I specifically said to start at 6mo.She now says she is not liable and does not owe me my money back. Is blaming EVERYONE except herself.I paid 2057.99 through Paypal I placed a claim on but she says i will not get the $.The $1342.00 she convinced me to wire via bank...I was scammed! She refuses to return and now I want what is rightfully mine and to prevent this from happening to others!

    Let's look at the facts of your claim- all documented through email.
    1.) You ordered a pallet that is sold by the pallet size and not the number of pc's. In no email documentation were you ever promised a certain number of pc's.
    2.) Your order was shipped and delivered via FedEx
    3.) You claimed that your order was delivered damaged- the box was ripped open, had a hole in it, and the bags also were ripped open. You also claimed that there were 5 bags missing (only 3 of the 8 shipped were inside this ripped open and damaged box).
    4.) You were shipped Gymboree, Crazy 8, Old Navy, Gap, TCP, Spencer, Carters, BT Kids merchandise. All which are documented in email that you liked.
    5.) You requested that the merchandise be packed in bags to make transportation easier for you since you were going to be packaging it into a car that you would be shipping to your husband in Dubai. If the clothes were shipped to you in bags it would be easier for you to load into the car.
    6.) You were shipped a full pallet order. The clothing was folded and then placed into bags as you requested.
    7.) When you called and explained that your box was damaged, ripped open and you were missing merchandise I immediatley called FedEx to see what had happened and what the next step would need to be.
    8.) After FedEx completed the trace of the shipment and spoke with the driver they confirmed that the order had been shipped and delivered to you in perfect condition. And that a driver would not have left your box in that condition.
    9.) However, as I stated in the many email coorespondences that I have sent to you I have been working with FedEx to file a claim on this shipment. It is not guaranteed because it was not delivered to you as you claim.
    10.) You can not accuratly comment on the merchandise that you "received" when you have stated that it didn't arrive, because it was stolen.
    11.) You also can not claim that you were scammed because you were robbed on your front porch! Your entire order was shipped in full. I have documented reciepts and proof of this. I have documents of how the shipment was sent and how it arrived to you. Of course you will not obtain a complete refund if your order as shipped and then you were later robbed!

    As I have stated, I will keep you up to date on the claim from FedEx as it is completed and I receive the results.

    You were not scammed!
