Purchased a Tungsten/Diamond ring on Dec 17th. Salesperson said it came with a lifetime warranty and gave me 70% off of the $900+ list price. Two days later, on a trip to New York, the diamond setting 'fell out' of the band! I immediately called them in California, telling them that upon my return on Jan 4th, 2013, I would be in to return the ring. I went there today as planned and as so stated, and they refused to refund my money. A ring should last longer than 4 days...no?

  • Andrew's Jewelers and I, have reached an amicable resolution to the complaint. We both agreed that mis-communication played a major role in the dispute and that clearer heads have prevailed. They displayed total professionalism with their speedy response to my complaint and in resolving the matter, stepped 'outside the box' to make it the resolution happen. They lived up to their impeccable reputation.
