I ordered a skirt from this company on 11/28/12 for $136. 2wks later I never received the merchandise so I tried to call the company. They have a picture of a operator with a headset on their website but when you go to "contact us", the only option they give you is email. I left them an email on 12/11/12 explaining that I haven't received the merchandise. A day later I got a response saying that They were out of the item and if I wanted to order something else or receive a refund. Of course, I requested a refund and asked why was I charged if the item was out of stock, why did I have to contact the company to obtain this info? They told me it would take 30days to receive a refund. I was LIVID!!!

Needless to say I haven't received a refund or a reply since. The invoice showed I'd be charged $136 but my statement shows I was charged $140 from Bejing.
I'm so mad about getting ripped off. I was originally looking at the item through shop bop which is legitimate but as I went deeper into the item I wanted I was sent to bcbgdressonsale.com so I thought it was legit. Please be careful. I wish I wouldve seen this site 1st. It's a BIG SCAM!!!!
