I bought a membership but didn't buy the premuim extras of which there were about ten. That would of quadrupled the price.
First I couldn't download pictures.
Next, I couldn't get user name or correct password. They say they have no problems getting into my account but they just text some sort of form letter that always starts "Thank for your email".
Everytime and they proceed not to help me or lie to me. I've wasted enough time trying to get my money back. But if anyone gets involved with this company I don't know the strongest superlative I can use to discourage you from doing so. It's waste of money and a waste time trying to get your money back.
It's a damn SCAM!

P.S. I've unsuccessfully dealt with five people already from this company two males and three females. All by texts.
