I wish to submit a complaint against your installation services for FIOS. I ordered services about two weeks ago. When it came time to install, I've gone through three tries, all of which have failed. The installer did not keep to time, made promises that were not delivered and kept me waiting at home for hours and yet failed to show up. This is really terrible service for such a reputable company such as Verizon.

I still do not have the service and the customer representative who was supposed to help basically told me to "cancel the order". If that is what Verizon is about, it is really too bad that you are supposed to be a connector of people to help in communications. Your folks have about the worst communications style and certainly are not reliable when it comes to a basic thing such as installation. I wasted quite a bit of time, and want restitution for it--if not monetarily at least the decency of a call from someone who is willing to fix the problem for me. All I want is the service you promised--nothing else.
