I canceled this order on 11/26/2012 because I hadn't recieced it and of that date. I was told that indeed it was canceled and tha I would not be charged for. I told them at the time I would not wait and longer for it and they said they would have no problem canceling this order. I was surprised when I received it on Dec. 3 2012. I called immediately was told that I could return at my expense. I called back and spoke to a supervisor and was told that she would send me a pick UPS pick lable it would be in the mail. I waited 1 week and called back and said it take awhile so I waited. I called today 1/2/2013 spoke to 1 CS rep and asked to speak to a supervisor. Mima or Nima she told me that you could not send a label for pick up and that someone called me at with that message. She could tall me who it was and I than asked to speak to the department that was supposedly called me. She told me that the office was closed and she would not give me the name or the phone number to the home office. Is this how you do business? I will not send this back at my expense. This was your mistake not mine. you have now caused a furthur problem, that I have told your customer service dept. on 12/3/2012. That you have overdrawn my account . Apparently that means nothing to a company of your size? You have charged my account with another payment which has further overdrawn my account waiting for a ups label that timeka was to sent on 12/3/2012. you have my phone number to call me with a solution. The only solution that I will go along with is ups label and total charges of 129.99 to be credit to me. Karen kiss
