I ordered ugg boots the 5th Dec 2012 from uggsbcd.org. The amount of my purchase was €80.
The ugg boots have still not arrived, the money has been taken from my account.
I have been in touch with the company and this email address [email protected] has replied advising I should recieve the ugg boots in 3 to 4 days and if I dont to contact them again, I have sent a number of emails since this and I have not got any reply. Can you give me advise please on what I should do ?
