I signed up for a free trial for 30 days. I had to pay the $4.95 shipping fee. I received the product just started taking it and doesn't do what I intended for me, however got my bank statement and within 14 days of my free trial I had already been charged $79.99. Now I am trying to come in contact with someone and their automated system keeps hanging up on me. I want to dispute this and report to BBB! I'm done ..totally a scam UGH
