They arrived 3-4 hours late because their truck was ceased by the California Highway Patrol, took their time with frequent cigarette breaks. Their workers were cursing in front of my wife and children and they damaged our property and the property of our condo building and storage facility. Once they realized that we were severely dissatisfied with their services, the workers went through our property and chose valuables (plasma TVs, computer and electronic equipment, commercial printers, gym equipment and other personal valuables) in order to use as leverage for demanding payment. According to reviews on Yelp we aren't the only victims of their extortion tactics.

After settling for $3,000 they began to increase their demands for "other" services and are now demanding $10,000. In an attempt to resolve the issue I emailed the owner of the company and his response was: "See you in court..." -- we have filed complaints with the California Attorney General's Office, the California Public Utility Commission and the U.S. Department of Transportation. If you are in the market for a mover, make certain you find companies who have been in business for more than a couple of years and make certain the reviews aren't written by the owners themselves.
