I answered an advertisement for a Japanese Spitz and Marie Jones promptly replied that she had one female puppy left named cookie who was 13weeks old. She wanted assurance that she could trust us to be good caring owners to her beloved puppy who she no longer could care for due to work issues. I was gullible and excited to tell her why I would be a good candidate for the puppy (that was very cheap)

this was the reply:
Hello,
i am glade you have what it takes to make these lovely puppy happy beside they love the company of people mostly children and other home pets. we want to send our puppies to loving and caring homes that can give them the love and care they deserve. Since you are not vast with this breed, i will include a hand book and a food menu, with this it will help you take very good care of her okay? So after talking it over with my hubby, we have decided that all you will have to pay is for her delivery fee to your location and change of ownership papers which will cost you $385 . you will have to pay this money directly to the delivery agency i will be using so that they will process the papers and then register her on board the flight then the delivery agency will call or email you on how to pay for the delivery , if that is ok by you , get back to me with your full delivery information as follows,

full names....?, state/city....?
postal/zip code....?, phone#....?
nearest airport to your home....?
house address......?

as soon as i get this information and have time, i will take her to the nearest pet delivery agency and register her on board the flight to your location , then they delivery agency will then email you on how to pay the delivery fee, time of departure and time of arrival.
NB/Please promise me that you will take good care of her??????

After re-reading this I can see I was gullible but at the time my heart was doing the thinking. The thought of having a beautiful little puppy in my arms was all I could see. I sent my details and all was go...however I posted on fb the picture of the puppy I was about to own...and a friend who had a tough time with getting a samoid told me to be careful of scammers...so I googled the name...and surely there she was...Marie Jones...BLAH...so now I put my story out there to stop others from being scammed as I was...Luckily I didn't fork out any money however it's a little disheartening that someone has my personal details!!!
