I placed an order in october for 4 bundles of hair. after 12 days I was on the chat site for the company and was told hair would come the following week. Well no hair. Tried the 2 phone numbers i had for them one was a dead number and the other was a recording. I was later emailed the day before Thanksgiving and was told that they would give me a free bundle or half off order. Well it is December 31st and still no hair and no one is returning any emails. But they have updated their site. They have my money and i dont know what to do now
