They have taken 2 payemtns in december for a product that i cancel with them over the phone as the items were making me sick and they have decide to still taken payments of 2 x £75 and 2 x £37.50. they have only just posted out 1 of the items and there is no reuturn address to sent the item back therefore as a consumner i'm unable to claim my money back, thisd company is frauding the general public and robbing them of their money. when you contact them they said that yes we have your canceation and that it has been process then take even more money off you. since it cshould be a once a month payment how on earth can they take 2 payments with less than 3 weeks?? I've now after 2 phone calls to cancel my original orders have now manage to do this on their website to cancel only one of the products as its not allowing you to cancel the other, therefore they can still take money from you. Don';t go with this products as its not as discribe and in fact all it does is makes you be sick, which in a way is we4ight loss but not a safe option to take. i am now reporting them to my bank as this is a fraud payments and taking the matter further.
