my letter was signed by a James Devlin, telling me that if i returned the envelope with the entire page of the prize winner validation that the money will be mine if the notice is drawn. it says i have to pay $25 fee for processing and there is another fee if you want to verify who the winners were. glad i checked on here because it sure sounds like a scam to me.
